this raffle is for those who WANT to buy DPE wheels. the coupon is NOT transferable. these coupon are from the meet we had july 14th. there were winners that didn't want to buy wheels. so i spoke to DPE and they said to do an online raffle to get this over with. sadly to say, they will not sponsor us again.

so here's the deal. the raffle will be recorded on video and posted online. i am a very fair guy. you can ask hunter.

anyways, each raffle is $20. you can buy as much as you want. i will mail you your ticket via register mail to insure you recieved the raffle ticket. the raffle will run for 1 week and the drawing will 1 and half week later to insure everyone recieved their ticket. all proceed will split among the original owner of the coupons. . there are 2 available maybe 3.

please paypal to longtranseventynine@yahoo.com (please add 3% to the total)

raffle ends: july 27th @ 11:59pm pst (any paypal amount after 11:59pm pst will be refunded.)

drawing will be on: august 1st.

That sucks that they wont sponsor you again. Why couldnt the people just hold onto it until they could get someone who is fine with them getting the rims and then having the person come pick it up?

How did you get DPE to sponsor you in the first place?

I assume its 50% off retail? (Seems like most dealers discount 25-30%) Does it have to be for BMW wheels?

over the years i've owned my E90, i built a really good relationship with DPE. who'd thought it would be ruin with a stupid coupon.

it does not have to be for BMW. as long as DPE sell it, then it should be fine.

Long's doing the community a service here, he's actually helping out those people that had no intention of using their coupon and instead trying to turn a profit.

Man, DPE makes excellent wheels and it's seriously is unfortunate that it had to come down to this. I would have thought everyone who won would be thrilled to get a nice set of DPE's at a discounted rate. I mean they are quite pricey and for them to support the e90 community and Long just shows how generous they were.

It does suck that the coupon had to stir up this much controversy and have to end like this. Good luck on the raffle to everyone who joins. Also please want to buy DPE's if you enter and not try to sell them off on another forum or even craigslist. It was a gift for the e90 community and we should appreciate that.
