I have a used DME that needs to be flashed so DME can talk to other modules

All modules in the car has right vin FX15606 except DME

But winkxp won’t allow me to update it.

It keeps on saying parameter is wrong- zusb doesn’t exist

ZB- HW 7574762. But it’s just won’t let me flash it.

So what zusb should I choose

I take it the car wont start? What DME is it? The car really wont care what the VIN number is. DME has to be programmed to with the correct ISN number so it matches the CAS ISN to start. There is quite a few services that do this now and may require you to send in the CAS, Key along with the DME depending what method they are using.

I have different issue

The DME/CAS was replaced with donor car- which caused some of the module doesn’t work.

Need help to update DME

Key aswell? Have you done any coding thus far? Did you copy your VO to the CAS?

The VO is updated.

But the problem is that all of the other module is still on old vin.

DME is not able to talk to some of the module- hence I can’t update service interval and is causing a bunch of fault code.

Not only that DME showing different vin then actual car- I can’t get car smogged.

I tried to use Winkfp- but ZUSB number can’t be found. Hence DME won’t flash to correct vin
