Stuck: Can't open/reset/code RDC module

Hey there,
I had a RDC module failure, I got a bunch of weird error lights one day and my dash went nuts. I unhooked it and I just got the TPMS light. I took apart the RDC module and it had moisture in it hardcore and corroded the board.

Anyway I got a new RDC after reading this thread.
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...ght=rdc+module

However I cannot connect to RDC in INPA or do anything with it (even read it) in NCSExpert.
I'm just trying to reset it via that thread above doing an sg_reset.

I'm on a new install of BMW Tools so something could likely be messed up there.
I can connect to the car and DME in INPA and was able to code the KOMBI in NCSExpert so I don't think its the cable (BG Cable).

Any ideas on what I can check? Anyone willing to remote in to take a look? Joe@TopGearSolutions How much would you charge for your time?
I saw the alternative tire pressure option with disabling the TPMS system. I may give that a go but wanted to try this since I already spent money on a new RDC Receiver.
These are the errors I get in INPA and NCSExpert.

Thanks!

Is your cable set to Com1 and Latency to (1) in Device Manager?

you did not reset the RDC module.
Change ECU, select RDC, Change Job, Select SG_Reset.
Your image shows the Job SG_CODIEREN.

If you do not see the RDC ECU, then you did not read the ECUs correctly.

If you replace the RDC antenna, you have to reset the module in order for the car to recognize it.
