To be honest I find the automatic pretty good, I'd never buy one without paddles though.

However, when an offer is 10% under asking, which is not actually that much and is what I tend to offer dealers when buying, and just yesterday one came back and said yeah, I would do it through a Private Message, just think that is polite.
Thanks mate ,i have pm richie to explain what my offer was and the fact the money was available up front and he keeps the car,he was in no way offended nor did i intend to ,like he said ,if you dont ask you never know, anyway he has said the sale will be later on so best of luck hope it goes well,he know how to get me if it goes pear shape,

I have been given a delivery date for my new car of mid June, therefore it will be up for sale late may/early June.

Anyone seriously looking for a 335i now or in the near future is welcome to come and look at the car. I'm happy to do a deal on the car but I cannot let it go too soon. I do minimal mileage, have extended the BMW comprehensive warranty and always keen my cars pristine, so it will continue to be looked after in any interim period.

Feel free to PM me if you want more details.
Thanks
Ritchie
Hi Ritchie

I'm unable to PM as I only have a few posts. I am really interested in the car and am not far from you, in Measham in fact. I'd appreciate it if you could drop me a note via Pistonheads forum with your number assuming you are a member (I am the same username on there) and we can have a chat to take things forward.

My 118d goes back at the end of May (June 3 in fact) so I can work with your timeline and I am happy to put a deposit down on your car in the meantime, so would like to work something out with you.

I think the car is worth what you're asking, so any negotiating will be 'in spirit' rather than me trying to knock 10-15% off.

Hi Texas John, I live in packington so only a mile away from you!
Your proposal sounds great and happy for you to come and look at it anytime.
I have tried sending you a PM and accepted your friend request so hopefully you will now have my number! (if not just post back)
Sorry I'm not a member on pistonheads.

Cheers
Ritchie

just to point you out that this is a bmw forum, most forum members already have a bmw so whats the chance a forum member snapping it??

once its has been advertist it will be bought very quickly, all the fuel price, insurance cost bla bla bla, at the end of the day , someone will be able to afford them for the sake of driving pleasure.

Good luck in finding your car! took me 6 months til the right car and right spec popped up! and im a student with zero income and im still paying all the high insurance and petrol cost!

Must say I see this car around quite a lot as I also live locally (Ashby) and even before it was for sale it has always caught my attention as it always looks gleaming, whoever buys it is getting a stunner

umm I did say MOST members, just pointing out that the chances of potential buyers are way lot less ,you understand what i'm trying to say? besides it's just a feeler to gather interest~

I live on with a bugdet of 200 quid a week from the parent, yes im spoiled brat and the good O student loan =]

Even tho every month im paying 100 quid for insurance and £70 quid a tank of V power a week, and live on bread and butter..im still glad that i got this car (with my saving since 15 + plus some saving from casino and and sponsorship from the parents) Every time i step on it , its all worth it

Not really zero income then is it - so 445 road tax a year, servicing, tires? (probably parking permit) - hope you get a 1st!

And as for the old I live off my parents, why dress it up, some are lucky enough to, some are not, depends on family you are born into

But come on, running your car off of casino winnings lol, get over it

lol no casino any more, got so addicted last year and lost a grand and so i never gambled again.. but i did win a good few grand which i saved up so it was a good time to stop.

Trust me i am revising even now but i'm only aiming 2-1..1st is too hard.. car is the lower tax bracket as its a 08 car, service and tyres..i deal with it when it comes, by the time i will be graduated ( in july) so it will somehow work out, but yeah i am thankful for my parents so i must work hard!! then when im older i look after them =]
