Jimmy I only asked because if you can get hold on one with HDD idrive I wouldn't let the right car go if it doesn't have USB. You can still upload you music to the HDD.

This. I had the dealer fit iPod connection put into my 2010 w/CIC HDD and it sucks donkey nads. I've now reverted to using the 12.5Gb in the car, even though it won't take all my music, it's better than an iPod system that doersn't understand that RANDOM means all the songs, not just the songs from the current playing artist...

I'm even thinking about getting USB audio retro fitted.

No EDC would be more of a deal breaker for me - i'm currently looking for an E90 M3 and my only "must haves" are EDC, DAB and USB. The rest are nice but wouldnt be deal breakers.

Hopefully a deal will be done on Friday if the date goes well
Correct on both account... although would have Logic7 over Dab.

Congrats. Shame to go "down" to a 325 but don't blame you.

Glad you are happy with the deal done.

Hope you get a sale v.soon
I know how you feel, i had to take a really low offer on my R32 to get it gone in the end, was an absolute minter too, 2.5 years old, DSG, fully loaded in the deep blue pearl, best trade in offer was 12k, got 13k in the end for a £30k car
With fuel and tax these days it's just unaffordable to run a nice car

Cheers, the 325i will be fine for my 3.5 mile each way commute to the train station, plus I'll be getting a little toy in the spring as a weekend / track car so all is not lost

A comparison to my situation may make you feel a little better, i was looking to get either an sl55 amg or porsche turbo, but have decided to buy a house soon and am now in the market for a mk4 golf gti (which will offer some thrills and reliability)

Although, I am in the process of clinching a deal on a nicely modded one, which fingers crossed goes through!!

A classic case of the head ruling the heart..

No bad thing getting on the property ladder, the amount of money I've spent on cars and modding them I could be mortgage free. would not have lived and have loads of regrets though. The MK4 golf Gti is a fine car, I had a nice mapped one.

Just deciding on a weekend toy for spring now..
