E91 320i m sport springs

Hi Guys, I'm new on here so please forgive my ignorance. Great forum by the way.
I am replacing my front springs on the 320i but have been given the option of D2,D3,D4 by the supplier.
The existing tags are missing.
Would anyone know what they should be? It's a manual gearbox also.

I'm in the same position as you, a 06 plate 320i M sport that one of the front springs have broken. Researching the sachs replacement springs i've come across the following.

Front M sport Springs codes:
D2 = manual transmission
D3/D4 = Automatic Transmission


The manual transmission springs seem to be 4mm longer. Maybe due to the weight of the car?

To find out what spring tag you should have you need to add your vehicle details in BMW ETK system that the dealers use.

Here is a link to a working demo mode of of the ETK system I have used in the past to confirm the spring tags - this take you straight into BMW's ETK online:
