E92 LCI 335i Value

Is it just me or have e92 LCI 335i's risen up in value? They seem to be going for around 22k +.

I've been looking for a while now and they do seem to be holding value very well.
For me they are just too close to m3 money at the moment.

A lot of cars have been rising in value, especially some of the more expensive to run cars.
