Black Grills on Mojave Metallic 335

I am debating whether or not to get black grills for my coupe. I had black grills on my black M5 and loved the way they looked, I have also seen them on black and white 335 and like the way they look. I have 35% tint on all the windows and shadow line trim. For anyone who has seen this color in person what are your thoughts?

PS I am not a fan of chrome anything

I've saw black grilles on plenty of 3's, and I've loved the look of all of them. I'm not so sure about Mojave, though. I don't think it would look that bad but I've never seen that combo in person. I think it could be worth it.

It's a clean look, I say go for it if you want a subtly aggressive look.

I think it looks subtle, yet monstrous.

Can you get the lip in paint color, or do you have to have it painted to match? Where do I get one?

I've googled pictures of the color you are getting, and IMO a black grill will will look better than the silver one - if you want aggressive appearance.

The google pictures don't really give you an idea of the color. It is kind of like the Sparkling graphite it replaces. The color goes from dark grey in some light to bronzy brown in direct sun. I however think it will look good, I don't like the chrome trim on the stock grills so I think I will order the black ones. I saw that Turner Motorsports sells them, does anyone have these, is the fit and finish good?

My lip is OEM and Jet Black, not Mojave. Still gives you a decent idea though.

go half way as i did it myself.
Black mate all around keeping the chrome on the actual grill. Thats the way it looks on the new 335is.

Check my post right below this one "Kidney Grill. Perfect now"
