Water damaged,unreadable ECU BMW 325I

My MSV 80.0 ECU got damaged water,took at to the repairs, the told me they could not find info on the ECU. Tried with a another MSV 80.0 but the car could not pul and it was from an automatic car. Now am stuck!

Automatic and Manual do not matter (it's the same DME and flash - only coding is different). But you need to have the CAS and key matched to the DME, or it will not start.
