Rattling from engine/dashboard E91 2009

I have for a long time a problem with my E91 LCI, 320i N43 engine. It's rattling depends of engine revs (mainly hearable from 1500 to 3500rpm).

Few years back appears this problem one day and still continues. I though it was my bad clutch release bearing, but after change noise is still there. Interprets like bad bearing clicking/rattling, or some similar. I post this video on youtube, but without fixing.

Behaviour of rattling:
- with warm, with cold engine
- depends of rpms
- in rainy weather there is no rattling or minimal
- after fast driving on highway no rattling
- independent on clutch
- hearable ONLY IN INTERIOR
- outside or in enginebay no bad noises, healthy engine
- sounds like bad bearing or something else
- comes from behind center dashboard (maybe behind radio or glovebox?)
- no fault codes
- still rattling with blower motor off
- new vacuum pump

Service:
- first I though my clutch bearing is broken - replaced whole clutch kit incl. DMF
- new all injectors OEM
- new hpfp pump and their piston (between camshaft and
- new timing chain kit + guide pulley on V-belt tensioner
- all new valve lifters (rocker arms original undamaged)

- outside or in enginebay there are no bad noises, only in interior.

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS NIGHTMARE, I'm already desperate!

Grab the rear view mirror when it happens.

See if that helps.

Thank you for the best reply of the year. You have to put the headphones on your head and listen to the sound. Maybe than you will understand... Your submit is quite unnecessary.

Garage List
A mechanics stethoscope and a passenger could be a big help here. Have them sit and when you hear the noise, they can put the scope where you both think the sound is coming from. A lot of the time, where the sound appears to be coming from isn’t at all the direction of the actual noise. The stethoscope can really amplify the noise as well
