you should repaint the entire car while you're at it....Alpine White is not really an "extreme" look that your car now or will have

Just get some super wide CCWs for like $2800, although they only come in 18".

Would take a good couple of cm off those fenders to save the hassle of matching the right wheels and offsets, yet the extreme flaring looks better if you could fill them in with some very wide wheels.

If you're up to the challenge, don't hesitate to do it. The more aggressive the better.

May I suggest a suspension and turbo upgrade after this nothing like breaking 600 horses on a widebody.

unless you work in a bodyshop,, how can this possibly be a smart thing to do or a poor mans m3? something like this would cost you a real m3 and then some and in in the long run its still a 335

the name 335 is obsolete once modifications commence, as that is the name it bears in stock form. With mods, this can become on par and eventually outpace an M3

The "real thing" is slightly overrated I'm afraid

He likes the motor. Better than buying an M3 and swapping in an N54 right?

Are you swapping out the rear axle for a dually setup? If not, cut the flare by about 75%.

I think the rear flare would look sick w/ some crazy deep dish wheels! Why go to normal m3 spec fenders when your doing as custom as this? Do it man! And let's see more pics!

Too much flares in the rear, a little less would be better. Still I will be waiting for the outcome.

Reminds me of johnnymu's E92, minus the M3 conversion.

outpace an m3? that's a pretty vague statement, i've never driven an m3 but from the research that i've done people don't get M cars just for its 0-60, hence the comparison of 335 vs m3 is useless

a modded 5K civic can "outpace" a 335 and m3, but that's not the point

WIDEBODY.
he had some awesome bodywork but i think my fender bulge is less extreme. hohnnymu's fender almost comes straight out while mine starts at the crease that runs along the line of the car and come out gradually.

about the comment about just getting a m3. i doout i can get a m3 with an extra 5000 on top of the 335. That is about how much i will have spend after said and done. Hense "poor man's m3". i got all these parts at a bargain through ebay and this forums. There no way i would go through with this conversion if i had to pay retail for all these oem m3 parts. Even buying for teshcer will cost a shietload of money.

In my opinion, just make it a wide body, lose all the m3 accents like the side gills.

Don't be afraid -eveyone is entitled to their opinion and yours differs from 90% of owners and magazines that have driven/tested the car.

OP - Good luck with the rest of your car , youve got balls the size of coconuts!
