Is the indicator section of the e90 pre lci headlights separated from the main part of the headlight or can air get between the two?

it's all in one housing if that's what you're asking as in if you open up the headlight you can access both

Yeah that's what I'm asking thanks. So when the light is completely sealed air can still get between the main part of the headlight and the indicator?

Reason I ask is I have a hell of alot of water/condensation in my drivers side (your passenger side) and put some silica gel packs in the indicator part of the light but they havnt done much atall!

Any ideas on removing condensation out of the light

Is it a OEM headlight. What year.

That looks pretty damn bad! Obviously you have a leak somewhere, instead of worrying about getting the water out I would recommend you finding the source of the leak first because it will just condensate again in no time.

Are your headlights oem or aftermarket?

Oem headlights, 56 plate so 2006 model. I have found where the leak was in the top of my head light where the bracket meets the plastic (can just see light peering through )



I have now fixed this just need to remove the water from the inside as it ruins the look of the car

if you really want to, bake open the headlight and clean it then reseal, man tough situation, i would have just bought a new headlight lol
