misfire with backfire?

so it seems i am getting misfire on cylinder 2. going to replace all spark plugs and coils since its about time anyway

the car only misfires when i really push it above 4k, and when that happens the car starts to backfire a lot (i have a res and muffler delete)

is that normal?

Sure can, you have unburned fuel entering your hot exhaust. This also happens when cars run to rich. Replace your coil, and cure the misfire.

Just got the new plugs in with the new coil, car is running much better. These were my old plugs, mind you my car only has 76,000KM but I do push it a bit hard. They look pretty bad, no?

Hard to tell from that pic but they look mostly fine. The electrodes don’t look too small compared to new.

Plugs are one of the cheapest maintenance items on this car, I change mine every year. No issues what so ever.
