Carbon build up before and after
Thought you'd guys like to see just how bad our n54 carbon build up can get, this was after about 60k miles with no catch can (bought it used)

Wow!
Was there ANY air going in? With that much buildup the engine must have felt like it had emphysema. You should feel an enormous difference in the way the car drives. I would recommend you do not wait another 60k miles for the next cleaning. My car was really bad after 36k miles, so every 30k or so. Sooner if you make many short trips and don't allow the car to warm up properly.

You have taken the cake. Those look like rs4 valves there that bad.

Did mine at 80k for the first time and even though I thought they would be this bad, they werent! Surprised yours looks like this with 20k less miles...
