I did that myself, just go to some car store, buy primer, gloss black paint, and clear coat. Just take your time, sand well and it'll turn out well

I'll try and take some more pictures later for the fellow who wanted some more.

I like the glossy. It looks better to me. I thought that the matte finish made them look worn but it is personal preference. If you have shiny blasck trim then go gloss, matte trimgot matte. The continuity will looke better than mixing.

Here are some pics of my grills, gloss on TiAg.

it depends on the car... IMO.. if you have a silver car, and silver doesnt really stand out shinny, gloss black would look weird.... I have Matte Black.. thought about glossy, but didnt want the glossy / shinny look from my grill.. just want the contrast.

Gloss black 100%

Oh and VooDoo.. Keeping the factory vertical slats is the BEST. I agree. It's aggressive and elegant at the same time.

This is the best IMO, but I cant find anyone that offers it and my car is Sapphire black so I need a professional job to get a good match.

I like the black with paint match outer. Those look nice. The silver with paint match looks great too!
Might have to get a set and change it up once in a while.
