Not only that, but I'm sure OSS/Umnitza can send you a replacement ring (like individual ring) if you ask nicely! And if it's within the warranty period, something like that should definitely be covered.

+1 I believe the rings have a lifetime warranty

Are they using the Predator Orion V2 LED Angel Eyes with Remote from Umnitza on this install? If so would it fit in my 2008 335i sedan? I was looking for same day instead of sending out and figured if OSS is backed up I could just order from Umnitza and take to one of the shops in tri-state for install and blackout/coding

Also is this much brighter than Mtech V3 upgrade?

Is it possible to do a shadow or dark chrome finish on the part of the lenses that are chrome? That would look sick!

OSS Designs update- Version 4 LEDs

Just thought I'd share this, latest version OSS Design Rings.
Just fitted these a few days ago after a trip from Australia to Miami Florida to visit Luis (and other places too:-)

Check with Luis but I don't think it's going t make any difference. The rings are driven by the H8 outputs which are common to all versions.
Mine was pre LCI (M3) but that applied to the tail lights only on the M3, even now the headlights are the same as pre LCI

Hope that helps

Are V4 rings overall brighter than the V2's (original) ?

Visually, not talking about # of leds.

Yes, substantially. If you have a look at the regional post
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=763275 there are photos Luis supplied of the comparison
They also look less "beaded" At first I was happy to go with the V2's as I kind of like the beaded look but the V4's are awesome and still look somewhat segmented.

Great write up.

Are the contact emails in this thread still accurate? I would like to make sure OSS Designs are still available before sending an email to no response. Thanks in advance.
