Hi everyone,

BMW E92 330d SE 2007

I've had an issue with a battery going flat. It's now showing a 4A63 EWS Tampering fault.

I've tried to install INPA Or ISTA but can't get it to work. INPA - wrong control unit and ISTA - check interface and PAD Active.

Is there anyone local to Poole - BH15 to kindly lend some help syncing the damn thing?

Or please send me a link to a working version of ISTA D?

I'm not local to you but your first job is to get a good, fully charged battery on board. These cars are a nightmare with flat batteries and will show all sorts of faults that don't really exist.

Thanks for that. Yes, new battery in and cleared the codes but back again. I think it defiantly needs syncing.

Trying for about the 3rd time to download ISTA to do it myself.

Crazy having a flat battery can be so problematic.
