2007 BMW 335i Sedan- so new inside and out and is the Best value you won't find any where else!!! We just purchased a new car and decided to sell this Bimmer. The car runs no problem and I am sure you will love it if you are looking for a 335i. I have been taking care of it so nice that it is in an excellent condition, no problem at all. I sincerely invite you to come and look at it or test drive it if you are interested. Major highlighted point that makes this car a good deal: - the car still under three valuable factory warranties: - BMW Certified Pre-Owned Warranty-> until 08/23/2013 or 100,000 miles - BMW Tire and Wheel warranty-> 5 years, til 12/2015 - BMW standard maintenance extended warranty-> until 2013 or 100,000 miles I spent around $3000 for the second and third option and now they are yours. These warrenties will also bring you a stress free ownership experience. Trust me, you are gonna need them. - licence tag sticker has been paid all the way through September, 2012. The followings are some basic information about this car: * $27,000 OBO / this is a good price. the car has more than just a 335i. * sparkling graphite color / black interior * 53,679 miles * 6-Cyl twin turbo * Automatic with sport package including the paddle shifters * navigation system * BMW assist w/ bluetooth system * ipod and USB adapter Condition Highlight: * No Accident / Structural / Frame Damage * Free of any defects * Has a clean title history * The paint, body and interior have no blemishes * No mechanical problems * No rust on this vehicle * New Tires * 90% new break pads & rotors * Clean inside and outside Please message me if you are interested or need more info/photo on them. also can call me, Felix (626)823-8987 Last edited by felix519; 10-07-2011 at 01:41 AM.. |

Like PaulBailey@ltbmw said. Everytime an individual tries to register a car/get their name on the title they are going to pay tax on purchase price. The rate always depends on what state you are it, it is a % of the price.

Just leave the purchase price blank on the title.
The rest is up to the buyer. But I think Cali would just tax you on what they feel the car is worth. |

This all depends on the individual states as well. Each state has their own rules on what they tax you. Some simply tax you on what is on the title, others a bill of sale stating the price, some a notarized bill of sale and others simply don't care and go based on what they feel the car is worth. Oh, and then there's the states that I absolutely hate (jealous)... the ones that charge NO tax at all (Delaware and maybe one or two others). |
