When I've done these in the past, taking them out of the car just made it harder. I found it easier in the car, without the wheel flopping around wishing I had another hand or 2 to hold it.

My car is sitting, waiting to be driven. With the Pandemic, pretty much everything is closed. Let’s all pray conditions get better

I detailed my car and used this nanoskin sponge
Instead of clay bar, it worked well and it's no issue if you drop it. After two uses it's still in mint condition. Have you guys used it?
I followed with a mothers polish and nufinish car wax, paint is silky smooth smooth now.

I've been using the Mother's branded one and I like it. Like you said, seems to last and no worries if you drop it. Just rinse it off and you're good to go.

Good idea by taking the steering wheel out of the car
I just did it one section at a time. A little over an hour or so.

I bought this wheel from someone on FB. I wanted the updated paddles, but those were $160 alone. Found this entire wheel in MINT condition for $80. Already had the wrap sitting for my other Push/pull wheel. I will be wrapping that one now and selling it.

Swapped the headliner to Anthracite on my fathers 07. We were lucky that we were able to pick up all the parts cheaply from a wrecked one and it does make a big difference. He wasnt sure about it until he drove my M-sport and was sold.

Day 2 of quarantine: I cleaned out the cabin temp sensor. I was also able to really clean the temp screen since the cover was off.

Broke the MAP sensor for the charge pipe. Realized nothing local was opened and ordered a new one on FCP. Hoping deliveries are still happening this week!

I removed the hoses on my compressor bypass valves. Got some small filters with 1" openings to put on the aftermarket cbv and plugged off the nipples on the intake tubes. I figure I'll do it now in prep for some relocated inlets. Planning on trying the new ARM inlets.

Got around to installing my VRSF 7.5" intercooler, charge pipe, IND painted side reflectors, and smoked side markers. The fitment on the VRSF stuff was garbage, but I made it work. The side markers, and painted side reflectors go a long way for looks IMO I plan on getting rid of the amber bulbs in the side markers as well. The LED replacement bulbs didn't fit, so stealth bulbs it is for those.

Please ignore my filthy bay. I haven't had time to detail it since the weather is just getting better in Chicago.

I couldn't fit all the photos on the last post, but I also installed a yellow start/stop button from IND, their "Limited Edition" trim ring, and I enabled the rear fog lights

How long did this take?
I’ve had the 450 for months and haven’t installed it.

I did it in two days and broke my seat(pull up sharply ON BOTH SIDES AT THE SAME TIME) I also have a devil child that requires a lot of my time.

If you have everything laid out mabey 3-4 hours just take your time and pray you dont struggle with the fuel lines like I did.

Replaced the handle on the passenger's, front side with an aftermarket. It peeled. It's been that way forever, but I saw where you can drill out the handle with a 3/8" drill bit and install the new one using screws on the back end. That's always been my hang up was drilling the old one out but how to secure the new one!?

So, it took maybe 45 min to install and put it all back together. The handle is secure and has no play in it what-so-ever. I was able to use my OEM top cover. So, all I was out was $20.00! 😃
