'Lighting System - Stop Vehicle' Is the FRM Bricked or Fried?

I recently had a new battery put in and the installer didn't connect a cable. As I went to drive the car, I got a 'Lighting System - Stop vehicle' message on my navigate/iDrive screen. The blinkers, internal lighting, and windows do not work. Luckily the headlights are ok.

My question is whether this is a bricked FRM that I can have reprogrammed or will I need a whole new footwell module?

Any help would be much appreciated!

BMW also has a recall on this issue. Might as well check with your dealer.
