E90 red tail lights
Oem pre lci e90 tail lights on red vinyl (professionally done) or peel it off for a more factory look.

not to shit on your thread but OEM pre-LCI lights are worth $100 MAX, and i'm pretty sure i can do red vinyl for less than $80...
