Spacer Fitment?

I recently bought a new set of wheels coming in January and I'm looking to get spacers because the rears will be very sunken in. I know getting the perfect offset for no spacers would've been ideal, but there was none in stock. I ordered VMR V802 and plan to run General GMAX RS.

Wheel & Tires Specs
18x8.5 et35 w/ 245/40/18
18x9.5 et45 w/ 275/35/18

I was wondering what size spacers would give me better fitment without render rubbing on stock suspension. I am stuck between 5mm, 7.5mm, and 10mm. Also looking to get a stud conversion kit so what length would be best for my specifications and what brand do you guys recommend?

I don't have any personal experience but I've been researching wheels with et45 offsets since I just picked up some. For the rear at least on a E90 et45 9.5" with 275s works out really well. The front should be fine. Order yourself a set of 10mm and try them out front and back. If they work perfect for both buy another or just run one set.
