Help with 18 staggered set up!!!

i am about to order a 335i E92 Coupe in Silver Mettalic with the Red Leather and Sports Pkg and Premium Pkg and Steptronic.
The stock tires are 225/40x18 right and 255/35x18 in back what is the size of the stock rims and the offsets front and rear.
I am looking for a set of staggered rims to run the stock tire sizes i dont want to pay too much and looking for CSL repro or something nice with a lip.
I was thinking the ASA AR2 staggered set up that Tirerack caries but alot of people say u need spacers with them.
I want to keep the OEM tire size and just change the look of the wheels without runing spacers. Any ideas of rims would be apreciated.

Beyern Mesh 18x8.5 & 18x9.5 are nice with a decent lip and pricing. Also the offset is 30mm so no need for spacers.

IF you like CSLs why not just get them?

Modbaragins and JleviSW both sell staggered CSL reps in 18" . WITH THE PROPER OFFSETS!!! Not expensive. Why would you look anywhere else or want something LIKE a CSL rep. Get the reps in the right offsets and you will be happy. I believe both companies are forum sponsors and have a great reputation on this forum. I'm getting mine in fall. Maybe the new Velocity 8 spoke, maybe the CSLs. You might want to check out the new VM wheels. They look like CSLs with a lip!

I'm also (and still) torn between CSL reps and Beyern Mesh 18 8.5/9.5. I used to consider ASA AR1 as well prior to Beyern Mesh.

Fraggy, would 225 (F) and 255 (R) tire size work with Beyern Mesh. I believe you had rubbing issues initially? I believe there was another owner who had issues with Beyern (or should I say the tires). How's the weight? Is it affecting performance in any way? Thanks.

Yeah i love the Beyern with the lip but seems that that offset will bring the lip 20mm out from stock is there enough clearance without rolling the fender.
from using the forum calculator it shows that if i run a 30et i will loose 6mm on strut side and wheel will protrude 20mm on fender side. Is this too far out.
I can also order the rears in a 18x9.5 with an et45 but this will bring the wheel 21mm closer to the strut do i have clearance in the back but with this offset it will only stick out 5mm in front

Im sure it would work well. I have 265 in the back, and in a brand that most say is "wider" than most, Kuhmo. Most said that a different tire brand would have negated the need to roll fenders.

Performance is awesome. The weight has NOT shown itself to be an issue. Most likely because the OEM wheels are NOT light either. The ride is magnificent. With MORE PSI and a stiffer suspension set up (H&R and Koni) the ride is SIGNIFICANTLY better than stock!!

I don't think this is correct for 18" CSL reps.

There are a few cool mesh designs out there in the price range of the CSLs with a lip. I would check out the BRS Style, the new Velocity Motoring V715, LM style and CF1 style cast wheel. They all feature the same basic CSL design but have a nice lip if you are going for that look.

I'm looking to eliminate the stagger, as it just puts in more understeer.
The problem I'm having though is getting the right offset. BMW Sport Pkg. has 35 mm front and 37 rear. Most wheels seem to be 40 which would probably work ok but I don't know what effect it would have on the susp. geometry. Also, the rear tires are rated for a pretty high dynamic load and most non RF's don't measure up. We do want to get rid of the runflats, right?
Tire Rack has been working with me but we keep running into obstacles like these and I've been digging around here to see if anyone has solved the problem without making amess of the, admittedly, runflat tuned suspension.

You can always run 40 offset wheels with 5-10mm spacers to push the wheels out to the fenders.
