MILVS are a legitimate work of engineering, and CLEARLY, none of the bird-brained forum vendors employ anyone with the talent or imagination required to devise such a solution.

Who pitched a fit about it? There are no similar products on the market and thus there has been no opportunity costs incurred to any forum sponsor.

I am already boycotting ECS and I'm on the ECS sucks FB group. They have proved themselves to be both incompetent and dishonest. I will never again purchase anything from ECS, Turner, and maybe even Pelican Parts, for as long as they remain under current ownership.

If it was some other vendor, I would probably spread the word and be sure not to purchase anything from them.

Either way I would probably phone up the vendor and get somebody to listen to me complain for a few minutes.

(I haven't bought a Sony product since they went after George Hotz in 2011; they reinforced their image when they poorly, poorly handled the PSN hack but that is another story.)

I don't really see a difference between the people who buy cars and part them out in our Classifieds section and what Marty's done. Except that the people parting cars out are likely costing the forum vendors considerably more per month in opportunity cost than Marty could in 10 years of selling MILVS to folks.

I will never own another rotary but yeah I have been on RX7club forever. And I love ECS, I have spent north of $6000 with them and never had an issue.

yeah i feel you, i do the boycott thing too. i boycott this chinese restaurant because they gave me 1 packed of soy sauce so when i asked for more soy sauce the lady started bitching at me saying it cost them money and that she would have to charge me. I said that is ridiculous man ive never heard of that! so i boycott them. I let people know if you ask for more soy sauce, they will charge you. didn't seem to make a difference. people still go there! paying extra for soy sauce there food wasnt even that good!!! the nerve of them!!

eventually i found another chinese restaurant with better tasting food and free soy sauce for the same price!! i realize its whatever, thats there business life goes on. there are far better things out there that will suite your needs just fine, just have to find it.

As with things in life, your status in life will improve and so will your taste in cars and will eventually move away from the n52 onto something better. or maybe if there is enough demand there will be a bolt on far better than a milv. probably not because there needs to be a huge demand for it. there are rules in life, you just have to find the rules that suite you better and we have to learn from it. im sure cobra marty has. he would want that for you as well. move on.

btw i feel you about sony, so i boycott them as well. online gaming should be free and content should be paid for. microsoft and sony is making billions off of psn xbox subscriptions and people and blindly paying for it. yes we are using there servers to find players but its paid for by advertisement but when it comes down to online gaming its peer to peer and that has nothing to do with there servers and therefore should be free. they tried this tactic on PC gaming and failed. if enough of us rise up, console gaming should be free. but nobody will listen oh well. but i will not EVER pay for online console gaming. PC gaming is far better anyway. free too.

There was a thread in F30post where a few people questioned the results of the MILVs, and at one point, I remember a member stating he couldn’t find them on any vendor’s website.

You can imagine the answers given and what happened from there.
