certified series warranty

Looking at buying a bmw with the certified series warranty. Wondering if repairs include labour. Research tells me there is a deductible to pay each time. Is it a good warranty?

$50 deductible per visit/problem. Labor included. It's better than after-market warranties, not as good as the new car warranty. CPO cars usually are around a $2500 premium.
