Why you should clean your BMW carpets

I rented a carpet cleaner the other day with the hand attachment. Disconnected the battery, removed the seats, and went to town.

I had done this a few years back, so this is only a few years of buildup.

I vacuum interior every weekend and once in a while use APC to rub carpet with brush and then dry towels.

People don't realize they walk with shoes and accumulate gems and what not into the shoes and drop all into carpet. I have rubber mats by the way, easy to maintain.

oh I forgot to mention I spray lysol after cleaning interior

One of the most overlooked details in cleaning any car. It's amazing how many funk smells can be locked up in the carpets and pads.

I would have poured it out on the ground rather than the sink!

Haha unfortunately I had to do this in a parking garage, so my options were fairly limited...

Been awhile since i've seen you Sheedi!

Just a small tip for thread viewers

Just make sure you knock down that APC with a damp towel and dry it
