Euro B25 swap to US B30

Hi,
could anyone confirm that my plan is OK,

I have euro E90 with N52B25 and MSV70, that is going to be swapped with US N52k B30 from 328i. I'll move 3 stage intake to this engine.

I'm planning to use bimmerlabs tune for US 325i to 330i, that should ignore powerclass on my CAS.

should I encounter any issues?

Shouldn't encounter any issues. If the B30 is 07+ you'll need to transfer your wiring harness over. If its a black top vc you'll have to stay with that as well.

Just make sure you get through the RSA delete with ZERO issues.

• I'd recommend a good laptop. I noticed a huge difference using my gaming laptop over my outdated laptop I typically use for INPA.
• The laptop needs to be correctly set up for this, and a quality KDCAN cable goes a long way. I replaced my $10 aliexpress one with a bimmergeeks cable due to unreliability.
• Make sure both the laptop and car have a full charge, and a charger if applicable
•Zero interruptions while flashing, don't open doors or push any buttons during this process. Keep the drivers seatbelt buckled.

Other than that you should be just fine.
