Turbo Build?
I have a 325i e91 2010 lci that I have thoughts about shoving a turbo in to get around 500hp in.
Although I am wondering about what I have to upgrade, will gearbox hold for it and will rear axle/diff hold up? I know that clutch will need an upgrade. It is N53B30 motor and and I can't seem to find a turbo manifold that fits n53b30 from what I have seen? any ideas? any information helps <3 |

Transmission will not hold.
Source: BPC turbo'd a 325 and shredded 4th gear at or above that number. I don't remember if they said head lift or not… old thread that got deleted because people were acting stupid in there. Best of luck — Kiddvegas is selling a kit… 👀

Best advice is to ditch the 325i and go for the full 335i. Save both time and money. Then after that, you'll have real fun modding on top of the 335i.

Thanks for this! Hopefully can bounce ideas more fluidly on that platform.
