Need help with this sound I can't figure out.

I have this sound and I can't figure out what it is and have a misfire on cylinder 6

Almost sounds like an exhaust leak but I can't tell or where to start looking. Does sound like it is at the back of the motor but not sure. New to the platform and brand.

check cyl 6 spark plug and make sure it's tight.

I did that earlier today but the sound is still there. Going to change plugs tomorrow because I know they need them.
