When i put eibach pro springs on my E91 325d SE which gives the same drop i think, i used standard length drop links and its been fine. No need for shorter ones.

I’m not sure if the drop links are the same length for SE and sport suspensions but I’m guessing not so maybe an idea to post which suspension you had?
I used the original links when I went from sport springs to H&R lowered jobbies. Everything seems fine to me. |

They are the same length for Msport and SE. The anti roll bar can move slightly to accomodate a reasonable drop without effecting the ride of the car.
I went from standard non Msport standard SE suspension (so non lowered) to Eibach pro springs with Msport spec Bilstein B4 shocks with Msport bump stops. Used the standard drop links and its been fine for 40k miles now. Last edited by Silver Streek; 02-28-2020 at 11:17 AM.. |
