I started a poll to see what bumper people would replace their stock one with, the majority voted for M-Tech, but to my surprise there were a lot of votes for the M3 as well. I personally like them both, I may be in need of a new bumper here soon and I still am undecided which bumper to get!
I love those guys who say "everybody and their mother has an M-Tech", and the other guys who say "M3 looks like a catfish"! As far as I am concerned, not too many people around me are running M-Tech, there may be a lot on this forum, but I dont give a DAMN! about that, as long as I am not running into them every day. The people who are hating on the M3, I may get it just to piss you off! Nah, but seriously, if I get it I am not trying to rep from a real M3, why can I not get it because I like it? I guess what I am saying is, do what you want op, it is your car and I could give two shits if someone on here doesnt like it! On the other hand, everyone is entitled to their opinions, some just suck!

i said this before... i never see a mtech around me i think im the only one... either way m3 or mtech you will be happy

I know. It almost seems odd not to see more Msprt/Mtech e9xs driving around. On this site, it does seem like A LOT of members either have the Mtech front or the M3 front. But I just don't see that many when I am driving around. And, I live in a city/county with tons of e90s/e92s.

Now, at LTBMW's first meet, that was a different story

But, that's to be expected.

But as others have already said: Get and Do whatever you like/want. There's a reason why so many members have Mtech/M3 fronts.

You should get whatever you like. Both bumpers look awesome from the front, so you'll get a handful of people who prefer the M-tech and another group of people who like the M3-style. Personally, I wanted something that looked a little more aggressive than the M-tech, so I went with the M3-style.

i say go with what you feel but since u asked for an opinion i say the M3 bumper looks better than the Mtech hands down M-tech is just not aggressive enough imo..If you plan on resellnig your car, go with OEM parts instead of reps

I heard Tischer in MD has the best price on any OEM parts including M-tech bodykit.

m3 bumper looks way better then the mtech. if you can get an m3 replica bumper but take out the foglights and replace them with the intakes.
