Paint repair on plastic (mirror & front bumper)

I would like to know how to go about repairing small scratches on plastic pannels (mirror & front bumper).

I have those two products in mind:

BMW TITAN SILVER 354 PAINT TOUCH UP PEN
BMW 3-Series Coupe Titanium Silver Met 354 Touch Up Paint

Would those products make a decent job, if not what would you recommend.

Look into the langka system. You basically fill in the hole with paint and then "knock down" the excess and smooth it. I will forewarn you, you can rub too hard and create more problems.
