in most of the pics the outer and inner rings are not the same brightness. with the lux on the e90s they always look the same. In some of the pics the outer ring is a hell of a lot brighter and in some it looks way to dim...I think I'll be waiting for the e92 lux before i even consider these

You need to do some research. The e90 headlight's are completely different... this DD kit appears to be the best option for e92 so far. I tested the prototype e92 LUX and the gp thunders were about the same brightness as those LED's in the dark. (search for my username in the gallery section).
i'm interested in some customer photos of the DD kit in the daylight Quote:

You have to see it in person to be able to tell how good they are. Pictures can be very deceptive.

These could be a huge hit if priced competitively, otherwise I'll stick with my $20 thunders...

It's funny that the E90/1 owners are willing to shell out couple hundred dollars to go for solutions like LUX, PIAA, or Umnitza. No one even bothered with anything like the PMB any more. It's very odd that the E92 owners are willing to stick with making comments like "I'll stick with the $15 GP Thunders." I think alot of this has to do with uncertainty. Once the DD or LUX unit hit the market, and people start seeing the difference, there might be a change in opinion.

Well tell me who wants to pay $100-200-300 for a solution when GP Thunders look just as good for $20? There has to be an absolute tangible benefit over GPs in order for me even to consider it.

Of course, as I said before, pictures can be deceptive, but Gen_E92 is local to DD and he could have seen it in person. Anyways, I'm ready to shell out the extra money to test out a supposedly better, brighter solution.

Hey guys, we've been getting a lot of pm's about when DD is going to release the Angel Eye System.
DD is currently completing the final stages. I am actually heading over to DD to check it out in person on the weekend. I'll give you guys an update then! Thanks for the questions, inquires, and comments! Keep'em coming! Happy to answer them. Regarding our website, we're implementing the product catalogue as we speak and will be completely active before end of July! Thanks for your patience, we're building the most dynamic online shopping catalogue available! -Tony |

Here is something that might help also:
Could you please post some daytime and night-time pictures of your e92 with the DD angel eyes on along with another e92 with some GP-thunders installed side by side so that we can get an idea if these are in fact better/brighter than the GP-thunders? If they are, you have a solid buyer right here. Thanks!!
