Any update?
I am still waiting on my ballasts, i want to know if these replacements even fixed your problem as i have the exact same issue.

Hey, so I went ahead and bought a 4700uf 35v capacitor from radioshack and connected it to the passenger side. Seems to have fixed the problem. No lights out for two weeks now.

It's been months now, how's the fix? If it works can you elaborate more on how you did this fix?


I have been pointed at for having my DS off every day in my office parking lot, real annoying. really wish there's a fix.

I replaced my ballast on the side that was having the problem staying on, it fixed the problem. It has something to do with a bad ballast.

So replace ballast = problem fixed.
