Vishnu Procede ver 2.5 for N54 with PnP harness. It is VIN unlocked and ready for your car. I bought it locked and sent in to Vishnu to have unlocked and has since just been sitting in the garage. Only minor issue is power prong has somehow broke off and just needs a new one. I'm sure you can find at local auto store. I am also including the USB to serial cable.
