Nah seriously let the modding commence I feel a good few of us me included are gonna be meeting up with some lovely modded cars for a photo-shoot and a half in the summer it'd gonna be epic

Summer should prove fruit full should a few like minded owners and cars get together. But yep no worries re showing your face....

On the mod front well this bloke turned up today with some flashy lights and got me hooked so that'll happen its just time.

M3 Side skirts and front splitter ordered, took my Sport front bumper up to my friends bodyshop who knows what I want and expect and the splitter will be blended in to the bumper to look 100% factory without any seems joins etc. as per P5UML's stunner.

Stereo wise a good friend of the company's getting me sorted on this front nothing too OTT but a fair bit of Focal kit and a decent amp along with some cracking under seat subs, my Dension 500 will be done at the same time(next Thursday & Friday we'll code it at work and hopefully I can retire my ear trumpet)my Sport rear bumper is already done...looks sweet and is awaiting installation, but I'm in no rush, the only thing with this Sam is the defuser, I'm still undecided re colour wise at the moment, its the BMW performance item and for now its in the standard blackbut for how long?

And then there's wheels ah this is a difficult one I've now got an idea in my mind Josh saw what I was proposing it'll look I think the nuts especially the colour which will flow with my grey-black theme the ony thing standing in my way is it'll rock the budget slightly, sure I can do it but I hadn't planed as these wheels are well over £1k then I've gotta get tyres and I don't do tyres on a budget I'm afraid as I'm a Conti sport Contact 5 person.

LCI tail lights which I've still got in the box will go on and finally there's the boot lid I feel a bit of blending going on there using the Aero 2 M3 style spoiler and an OEM boot lid...

Well off to Ace Cafe this morning. Dips said my car is ready with the wheels back on. ;-) I've also had another interesting mod completed. Bonnet is yet to be put on but watch this space.

After the show today my car goes back to the garage for the audio work, which atm is still underway. The boot is completely stripped and ready for the work to be carried out, so patience is a virtue.

Stay tuned. Pics will follow from the show today, but miserable weather. Nothing new, Lol.

Visited Ace Cafe yesterday and although there was a spot or two of heavy rain, it cleared up and the sun came out. Had a good turnout and met some new and familiar faces.

All I'll say is.. the change you're about to see, isn't to everybody's taste. Then again, I didn't set out to please everyone. I've always been about subtle but good mods that bring out the best in the car. Life is too short to not go a bit wild from time to time so I'd like to present the new fresh look of my car for atleast the rest of 2014. I love the new look. It brings out such a fresh look to the car and the response I got was incredible. Much better than I imagined.

My favourite mod has got to be something that people notice as they walk up to the car. It's so unique and subtle and for now, I'll leave that a hidden gem for you guys to work out

- Shimmering Gold Calipers (previously lambo orange)
- Gold Wheel Bolts

Upcoming mods:
- Custom made Aero Lip Splitter
- Full Audio Custom build + full rewiring (including JL W7, Audison Bit One, Morel HO II components, Jehnerts XE200 underseats, Dension Gateway 500 iPod connectivity, Dension AVR Video on iDrive and a nice little finishing touch to complete the look)
- Tweeters and mids in rear cards
- Bonnet Upgrade
- Re Tint front windscreens
- Full mechanical check / service check
- Front Control Arms replacement
- Number plate bracket

Car is now fully underway with bonnet and audio being worked on and will be ready for next month's show! Cannot wait as the car as been in the garage more than in my ownership over the 2 years I have owned it LOL!
