I'm Updating my iDrive CCC to CIC with DAB and want to go full OEM spec with the kit including antenna.

After doing a load of research I purchased:

CIC with integrated DAB 65129199906
Updated controller 65829205177
New console trim for controller
trim for CIC deleting Nav CD 51459120979

I have a question in updating the screen and USB and antenna. The most up to date screen is serial 65829193745. It doesn't state which screens are HD and which arent, I was hoping to go for the most up to date that fits into the dash but if the differences are minimal as long as it's high res (looks like they just made the screen non-reflective and deleted the plastic cover).
RealOEM shows the screen as nonexchangeable retrospectively... Is the screen only compatible with certain CIC units or requires specific cable/s?

There seem to be than one type of USB socket for map updates. One has USB and a 3.5mm mini jack (84109237653) and others are just USB. Would I be able to use the USB/Jack and use as a line in?

On the DAB - I understand there are a few options here. A OEM Window antenna that runs to the back window... Has anyone fitted this and can explain how/where it is fitted?

OR the other things I read on this are using the shark fin (don't really want to have to undo the headlining really to do this unless it's an easy upgrade) but it's an option... or a DAB antenna in the bumper which I read is an OEM fitting location?

The best CIC screens are the E60 ones with the plastic protective cover and the light sensor on it.

Diversity antenna looks the way to go for the DAB.

I've realised this is for e92 and wont fit.

I can't even find the serial number for the DAB e91 unit on realoem. I know they are rare though.

Does anyone know if the wiring is the same with the e91/e90/e92 diversity antennas? looks like the wires go into ports in different places but it would be interesting to know if the wiring is the same. Maybe to fit the unit by adapting the antenna case?

Does anyone know how the CIC connected to the antenna on the DAB CIC factory fitted e91?

Did it have to connect to a specific e91 diversity antenna or was the shark fin DAB enabled? I can't see any specific DAB diversity antenna for the e91?
