i still love mine, been almost a year and it just sounds mean (kinda muscle carish in the lower rpm's) every time i hit the accelerator. i think its the best one out there... my Remus Powersound (maybe another one for you to consider) was good but this is so much better.

I have Eisenhaus Meisterchaft GT....here is a video, but you can't really hear the exhaust. I love driving in the city in first gear between buildings

I had the same issue after I got my E92 328i, having driven a 135i prior. I would highly recommend you step on the OEM BMW Performance exhaust GB that ends this Sat for $1004 shipped. It is a catback compared to some of the others, plus you have a peace of mind going this route, and the price is reasonable compared to what else is out there on the market. Check out Navets Exhaust video on youtube.

this exhaust should suite you well, since there is a resonator delete and it is one of the nicer louder exhausts out there.

As having an Ikon, i didn't really like how the tips started to discolor. One was starting to turn gold and the other stayed. It's happened to several people already. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it!

If you like loud and alarm setting off exhaust, then just do a muffler delete. Quite a few people here have them but not my personal choice.

I currently have the eisenman and added the SR piping. Sounds decent and not too loud. I'm out of the stage of big loud exhausts...kinda obnoxious after awhile plus the drone in the car is a negative in my book.

The other choice i'd recommend is the bmw performance exhaust. Sounds very nice and it's from bmw, so you know it's going to fit nicely.

Good luck either way.

That's the right move. I had the Eisenmann Race muffler on my 330i for 2 years. I replaced it with the BMW Perf exhaust about 4 months back - best move ever. Not too loud in the car. No drone compared to the Eisenmann. Nice subtle burble on deceleration. Factory supported. And only about $1100 for a cat back system with factory brainpower behind the design.

Dude, seriously, just do the golf-tee mod, IMO it rivals some of the aftermarket exhausts...sounds fan-fucking-tastic.

The golf tee mod on the 330 doesn't do much at all.

imho...

yea, ikon is not bad, especially considering the price. sounds great, but as andrew said, the tips will probably turn kinda goldish. also, it's not the best looking exhaust.

eisenmann looks and sounds great, but kinda pricey for what it is.

remus is kinda more oem looking. probably the quietest compared to the rest. then again i haven't heard it too much.

bmw performance exhaust sounds great from the videos. nice looking too. pricey, but it is a full catback system.

muffler delete sounds fairly good, but it can get pretty obnoxious and it can drone. but it's pretty cheap to do and you can customize it with your own tip choice, etc.
