Adaptive Headlights Suddenly Out Of Adjustment!

Couple weeks ago, I noticed both the headlights on my E92 335 were angled down toward the ground quiet a bit. When powering on the car, the headlights drop down, then slowly come back up, but they are still very low. I checked the little control arm bar and it looks fine. The cutoff is below the bumpers of most cars in front of me when driving. The side-to-side adaptive swivle works fine and the high beams work great.

Anyone experience this? Car has 127k on it. Should I just adjust the headlights and move on?

If the level sensor arm looks to be in the correct position then I'd suspect a failed level sensor. No. 1 in this picture:

Any way I can test this? Maybe put a jack under the control arm and see how it responds. Is there any checks I can do with a multimeter?
