N54 msport low millage manuals are hard to come by. I would say that 19k is fair.

If you're looking to overpay but if you total out the car the 1st day or are looking for a loan that will only give what the car blue books at they aren't giving you that much.

This is probably close to market price. I think 17k-19k is the ballpark, but that Dinan crap seems to drive the value up somewhat, even though most who would mod it would go a different route. It's a pretty high-demand car, but anything over 19k is crazy-talk, even if it's pristine.

Went to buy a bmw roof rack from a gentlemen 55+. He hit a deer sometime ago with his 2009 N54. He had a Cayman GTS in his garage. He immediately saw my car started telling me how fabulously the N54 is and how he will consider buying another if he find a really good one. He is a car guy, not a bmw guy. I could tell cause he did not know my car (335is) was any different from a 335i. My point: The market drives the price on these cars, but that does not mean they are not worth more to those that really know how good is it. Ask yourself how many E92 N54 Msport 6mt Lemans have you seen, and ask yourself if 21k is completely crazy talk. Some cars carry a prime for getting you something very few have. Don't know if this is the case cause I don't know the car. I'm just saying it could be.

Nada guidelines say that 20.4K is clean retail with popular options.

Calling insurance tomorrow to see how much they would cover if the car was a total loss.

Keep in mind that you can always negotiate an agreed-upon value with the insurance company.

I wish you were looking when I traded mine in... it went to auction after I traded it in and it's listed at $23k now. I would've loved for it to go to an enthusiast without the price gauging. It all went pretty quickly.
