Hello everyone,
I've been shopping around for an LCI e90 328i as a new DD. I've come across one with good mileage and a good amount of maintainance history and it's for a really good price. The catches are that there are a decent amount of wear and scratches on both bumpers. The car doesn't include the sport package or even iDrive, but it's insanely cheap. Would I be a knock if I happened to buy this car, and, sometime in the future, convert to M Sport? |

M-sport conversion is not as simple as putting bumpers on. The factory m-sport has a sport suspension, body mods, sports interior (seats are 10x better than the base seats) and a raised top speed (130mph raised to 155mph). If you really want the m-sport, hold out and get a real one. After owning 2 factory M-sport e90s I would not buy an e90 without the sport and premium packages at a minimum.
