is this a oem bulb?

just had a ballast fail, i've read on here aftermarket bulbs will cause them to burn out, and being the 2nd owner of my car wanna make sure that isn't what happened

couldn't find any good pics of oem bulbs anywhere online though

That is not an OEM bulb as Phillips is the OEM bulb supplier for BMW but that is a Sylvania bulb which is an OEM supplier to other companies.

Ahh ok thanks a lot for the info

Would that make these safe to run or am I goin to keep ruining ballasts until I switch to the phillips?
