Rattling noise from driver front wheel

hi guys , here is my problem. Every time I press brakes to come to a halt , there is a rattling noise coming from the driver front wheel also I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel and brake pedal. I jacked the car up and took off the driver wheel and inspected the lot and saw that the screw that holds the rotor was really slack. After tightening that screw and taking it for a test drive the screw I tightened made no difference I got the same rattling. I noticed that if I drive on uneven pavements such as gravel rocks or a bumpy path and try coming to a stop the same problem occurs where as my foot is planted on the brakes and the rattling is outrageous.

I wanna be as clear as possible in my explanation so that I'm understood.

I do appreciate any feed back that i get.

yes it is in place I double checked it. one of the first things I checked.
the felling is like the wheel is rocking side to side while pressing brakes. I recently changed the lower control arm and shock on the driver side and it rode well for a few months then boom this problem arose

i had a gut feeling that either the inner tie rod is bad , the rotors might be bad or something might be missing

Inner tie rod doesn't produce 'rattling' sounds when bad. It would be more of a clunk.

Get back in there and check that you torqued everything properly.

Did you torque your control arm under load?

Did you torque your control arm bushing while the car was raised or did you do it with the wheel on ground and suspension at ride height?

I don't think this will cause rattles but it will wear your bushing if you torqued it while suspension is not at ride height.

Sounds more like a warped rotor or maybe a stuck piston (yes could be inner vs the outer) if its on braking only. Notice any "lines" or different/uneven sweep patterns on your rotors?
