E92 M3 seats in 335i Retrofit Help!
Hey Guys I've just finished swapping out my electric, sport, non-heated, memory seats out of my 335i for M3 seats that are electric, heated, memory seats. I plugged them in and INPA and ISTA+ Recognize the new modules but the seats are only capable of moving forwards/backwards and the bolsters in/out. I cant move the seat bottom up/down and the backrest pitch angle. Any suggestions?

The pins are different on the old connector there are 2 prongs coming out of the same pinhole and on the m3 seat there is only one. Also there are 2 additional circular connectors that have nowhere to plug into

When I did my seat swap, my car only had one power and ground run per seat. The new seats required 2 power and 2 ground. When the extra power was not hooked up, some of the features did not work. Heat on one side and lumbar on the other or something like that.
Some of the extra wiring on the M3 seats will be for the active headrest which you don't need to hook up. |

For the big power and ground wires I just connected them together on the seat side of the harness. It has been 2 years and I have not blown a fuse yet. I was missing a smaller switched power wire for the pass side seat which I ran to the fuse box. The small pins were the same as the CIC and combox connectors so I have a few left over.
