Dealer Recommendations for service in NY/NJ
Does anyone have recommendations for a dealer to get some recalls done? I have an e90 manual looking for dealers near the NYC area. I've heard to stay away from BMW of Manhattan.

I've also been to BMW in Bloomfield NJ which isn't far from the city. They covered a bunch of stuff under the SULEV warranty as well, again without me even mentioning it. I worked a half day in their waiting room until the car was ready. I'd recommend both dealers as all the work was done right and just overall good experiences. |

I've had good luck with Rallye BMW on LI.
Been dealing with them for almost 13 years now, and they've been very good in terms of customer care, and handled a few recall jobs with my car. Only issue, I took them up on that 3 Oil Change deal recently, and they did an "inspection" of the my car missing multiple things. They gave me a printout of issues they found, and missed two glaring issues....
After I got the oil change, I noticed my steering was making more noise, and checked the reservoir (low). Seems odd to miss a fluid check. Also, as soon as my indie shop opened the hood, he pointed at the battery ground cable (which turned green) and said it needs to be replaced. That could have left me stranded, and the corroded green cable was something my shop noticed within 10 seconds, and yet BMW service missed? But they did inspect the hell out of my tire depths, and recommend I buy a full set of runflats.

Ramsey BMW in NJ is a REALLY high class place to be. It's in a pretty affluent area.

back when I lived in manhattan I used either Morristown or Westchester with Mamaroneck taking closely 2nd place, Im using Westchester still so its definitely one worth considering,
they do have waiting list for loaner with older cars like e90 but they're open late for customers convenience

Tenafly BMW or Park Ave BMW. Both dealers are located in the Bergan County area.
