N55 335i squeal under braking

I have a 2012 e92 335i N55. For a little while now, I have had a squeal when I brake mild to relatively hard. I thought it was the tensioner/idler pulleys, so I bought the tensioner and the two additional idler pulleys and replaced them, along with the belt. I looked and did not see any oil leaking from the oil filter housing, and after the belt change thought my issue was gone, but the squeal is back. Any ideas?

Before you ask, I got the tensioner pulley kit from FCP euro, with the tensioner assembly, 2 idler pulleys, and belt. No oil or any strange wear on the old belt.

Car has 71k miles, and VANOS solenoids were recently replaced due to rough idle. (VANOS less than 1k miles old)

Could the alternator pulley be bad? Perhaps the A/C pulley? The noise is only under braking.

Thanks!

Does the noise occur when you park the car facing downhill/uphill idling?

Nope. Only when braking.

Garage List
As the squeal only occurs when you brake, then it'll most likely be your brakes, why would you think it was tensioner/pulley related or anything other than brake related?

Anyways take the pads out & apply a little anti squeal to the back of the pads & where they hook onto the callipers, that should fix it.
