Turbo drain pipe / oil pump

Hi,

Has anyone had issues with a turbo drain pipe being restricted or blocked? If so what was the symptoms of it? Was it noticeable?

Chasing a blue smoke issue, wondering if it could be a restricted drain pipe. The garage said I had a leak on the drain pipe which they resolved, but unsure if they worked out why it was leaking, was it a restriction in the pipe or just a simple o ring.

Oil pump - do these ever go wrong and over pressurize? Would too much pressure restrict oil flowing back to the sump from the turbo?

If your turbo drain pipe is blocked your turbo will fail quite quick.
