Different Tire configuration on AWD

I currently have Pirelli Pzero Nero tires on my vehicle. Rears are brand new, 255/35r18's (92H). I have a sidewall hole in one of the fronts, 225/40r18's (92H). I want to know if I replace the fronts with a Pzero All season plus tire, 225/40r18 (92Y) will there be any issues with my 06 330xi AWD? The speed rating on the Pzero All Season Plus is 92Y (pzero nero is 92H)
Revolutions/Km are 828 (pzero nero is 838)
Total tire diameter is 24.8 (pzero nero is 25.1)

Also the tread patters are almost exact.

Am I going to have an issue with the AWD system?

Apparently the place I get my tires from says the Pzero Nero's (92H) are discontinued now and I can't order them, but I can order the Pzero All Season plus.

My other option is to get the same Pzero Nero in a 92Y speed rating.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

225/45/18 would net about 3.8% difference. That is far too much for an AWD system to cope with. I wouldn't advise on that. Besides your car will look like a duck with the nose higher than the rear.

Well that's what they come with??? from the factory! 255/35r18s on the rear and 225/40r18's on the front. So every BMW looks like a duck??? LOL

It's actually .4% difference in Diameter and Circumference and Revs/mile are only 2 revs more.

Also the "45" was a typo on my part, its supposed to be 40, I've since edited the op to reflect that. thanks.

225/40 is the standard ratio and will work. You typed 225/45....

Although mine's not xi I run 225/45/18 square now. The extra sidewall does wonders for comfort and pothole protection.

Well I managed to find the correct Pirelli pZero Nero 225/40r18 92H Tires at my local Costco. They are installed and ready to go. Now I have a matching 4 tires. Thanks for all that replied. Cheers!
