Problem with ProTool

Ever since these last few updates ProTool has been a pita to get connected to my car. Months ago it would connect within seconds (via KDCAN + OTG). Now it barely recognizes my car. I've tried connecting it while its off, on, acc, started up, same thing. Takes 20-30 minutes of repeating all of those until it decides to connect. I suppose it could be my phone but I'm really not sure. Anyone else experience this problem?

Go to their Facebook group and send BimmerGeeks a direct message.
That seems the fastest way for resolving issues.
They are very active on the Facebook group, not much here.

Also, if you have another android device, give that a shot.

did you figure this out? having the same issues
