TPMS Fault After Installing New Instrument Cluster

This is really weird. I installed a new cluster of the same type on my 2007 328xi e90 because the speedometer stopped working. Now when I run the Control Check, it is giving me {!}, and when I hold down the BC button, it gives me CC-ID 149, which is the TPMS. I have cleared all errors using INPA, but they come back. One of the errors is for KOMBI, and I can't remember what the other one is for.

So, my question is that is there something special I needed to do when changing the cluster? I have all the BMW Standard Tools. Please help.

When you say 'new' do you mean a factory new cluster? Or a used one new to your car?
Either way it needs to be properly coded to your car.

Use NCS Expert and default code it.

It's new to my car, bought used from eBay. I have looked all over on how to code a different cluster, but can't find anything useful. Do you know of a link where I can find instructions on how to do this? Thanks!
